We’re now looking for an experienced Joinery Manager to lead our workshop team and oversee projects from concept to completion – ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

 

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Bench Joiner and Cabinet Makers to join our growing team. If you have a passion for woodworking and take pride in your craft, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

​

• Produce high-quality joinery components according to technical drawings and specifications.

• Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and meets project deadlines.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project success.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

​

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably within the retail or commercial joinery sector.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

• Skilled in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
